Because we strive to always give you the best possible value and total personal attention, we respectfully ask that you arrive on time for your treatment. This will ensure that we can keep your treatment on schedule and give you all of the time and attention that you expect and deserve.

Please understand that, if you arrive late, we must deduct that time from your scheduled treatment. And, please realize that this ultimately benefits you and all other customers, too. 
Please also note that for telephone appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed-upon hour and date, or for no-shows, we must impose the full treatment.
